WHAT IS INDUCTION BRAZING :
Induction Brazing is a method of joining two pieces of metal together with a third, molten filler metal. The joint area is heated above the melting point of the filler metal but below the melting point of the metals being joined; the molten filler metal flows into the gap between the other two metal pieces by capillary action and forms a strong metallurgical bond as it cools. Of all the methods available for metal joining, brazing may be the most versatile. Brazed joints have great tensile strength – they are often stronger than the two metals being bonded together.

8. Diversification of welding materials.

1) Welding of various hardware cutting tools, such as diamond tool, abrasive tool, drilling tool, alloy saw blade, hard alloy cutter, milling cutter, reamer, planning tool and solid center bit.
